The course starts at 8am on the Saturday morning and ends approximately 4pm on the Sunday afternoon. The main focus of the
On the Saturday we teach our students the basics in the boat; on the water and proper paddling technique; concentrating on the Eskimo Roll. This course is designed to give you a good grounding to become a competent paddler, aware of the important characteristics of the river and your kayak.
